We offer two shipping options designed to meet different needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping. Ideal when you’re eager to begin transforming your space.
  • Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping. Perfect for larger orders where you can save on delivery costs.
How long does order processing take?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. During this time, our team carefully prepares your selection of home furnishings to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipment.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sonoma purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
